Treasurer Needed - Voluntary Action North Somerset

Voluntary Action North Somerset is one of a network of Local Infrastructure Organisations and Volunteer Bureaux. We are members of NAVCA - the National Association for Voluntary and Community Action, and affiliated to Volunteering England, holding their quality accreditation mark.

We are a busy and enthusiastic charity looking for a volunteer Treasurer to support our Finance Officer and to help us manage our £250k annual budget effectively.

The right person will bring a sound practical and strategic understanding of financial issues with an enthusiastic commitment to voluntary and community activity.

They will be a member of our Board of Trustees and need to be available to attend a Board meeting every 6 weeks and other occasional meetings as required.
