how effective is your board in governing your organisation?
It's not very easy to answer and even more difficult to assess using the various codes of practice which are available to us.
a possible solution to this dilemma could be a new assessment framework, investing in governance, which I have recently developed as a result of extensive studies surveys and practice.
We are looking to recruit a new chief exec but are concerned that no one has HR experience - are there people who can advise us (preferably at no cost) on basic dos and donts.....
