Trustee Expenses and Payments CC11 (2008)

This guidance is designed to help trustees of charities in England and Wales get trustee payments - and expenses to which they are legitimately entitled - right. In the case of paying a trustee for goods and services, the Charities Act 1993 requires trustees to "have regard" to Charity Commission guidance when they make the agreement, so the guidance in section E carries particular weight.
