Mentoring for ChairsRecent research into the needs of chairs and vice-chairs of voluntary and community organisations showed a pronounced interest in mentoring support. As a response the Governance Hub commissioned a mentoring pilot programme to explore different approaches to mentoring. 

Mentoring for Chairs provides a description of how these different mentoring schemes worked and shares the learning that came about through their experiences.

This guide will be useful to anyone interested in setting up or funding mentoring schemes for chairs and vice-chairs. It will also be of interest to those who have established their own informal mentoring relationships, or are intending to do so.
