The Health and Safety Commission (HSC) has a dedicated section of its website to Leading Health & Safety at Work. 

This is aimed at Directors, Trustees and those responsible for ensuring health and safety requirements are met, and covers health and safety law, risk assessments, training and offers guidance to this complex area.

The site allso provides tools and resources for those just beginning to address this, as well as a free confidential Helpline.  It also addresses the specific needs for small and medium sized enterprises.
