ICSA Model Code of Conduct for Charity Trustees (2007)
The purpose of this code of conduct from the ICSA is to provide trustees with clear guidelines as to their standard of behaviour, responsibilities, and best practice in fulfilling their obligations to a charitable organisation. Please note however that there are many different versions of Codes of Conduct.
