Why review your governance?

A governance review can offer a number of benefits to any third sector organisation.

• Formulate a development plan
• Set a benchmark to measure future improvement
• Identify any skills gaps for further recruitment

The Code of Good Governance 2005, produced by a range of leading third sector groups, including ACEVO recommends that:
