CTN Model Code of Conduct for Trustees

Codes of Conduct are useful tools to help trustees understand their role and what is expected of them. They also enable organisations to be clear about what they need from their trustees and sometimes set out the consequences of a trustee not meeting those expectations.

There are many different versions of Codes of Conduct for trustees. This is the one that CTN uses.
