Queen's Award for Voluntary Service

The Queen's Award is a UK National Honour (equivalent to a MBE) launched to celebrate the Queen's Golden Jubilee in 2002 and will be awarded to outstanding voluntary organisations nominated by their local community.

The nomination period for the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service has begun and runs through to 30th September 2007.
