how effective is your board in governing your organisation?

It's not very easy to answer and even more difficult to assess using the various codes of practice which are available to us.

a possible solution to this dilemma could be a new assessment framework, investing in governance, which I have recently developed as a result of extensive studies surveys and practice.

Recently I've been given approval By Henley Management College to undertake some research on the impact of using this new framework on charities as part of my MBA dissertation.

I would be most interested in hearing from trustees who would be interested in commenting on the framework or better still trying it out on their charity.
