Acas Discipline and Grievance Procedures Code of Practice update

Acas's revised Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance procedures has been approved by the Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform. It is now subject to Parliamentary approval, and due to come into effect on 6 April 2009. The draft version can be downloaded from their website: http://www.acas.org.uk/index.aspx?articleid=2114
