Watford Charity Trustee Network

The Watford Charity Trustee Network offers Trustees opportunities to come together for training, to share information,network and to identify their support needs.

The Network was launched in 2008 with 35 trustees from 18 local voluntary and community groups. Activities included setting up a steering group, themed meetings, presentations and training.

To take the Network forward, the Watford Charity Trustee Network have
put together a programme of various events to further support their members in their trusteeship and learning.

The Watford Charity Trustee Network invites Trustees or anyone interested in becoming a Trustee at attend.

Thurs 9th Feb: 5.30pm – 8.30pm

• Informal get together to meet and network with other Trustees

Wed 21st March: 5.30pm – 8.30pm

• Presentation: “Trustees responsibilities in Challenging Times” - Karen Spears, Baker Tilly

• Workshop - National Occupational Standards for Trustees

Thurs 26th July: 5.30pm – 7.30pm

• Review and planning session
