Tameside Chairs Network

The Thameside Chairs' Network meets bi-monthly. Each session lasts 2 hours and consists of a practical session on a relevant topic (usually agreed at the previous meeting) and the second part being more like an ‘action learning set’ giving individuals an opportunity to share a problem/issue and for others to help them address/share their experiences, tips etc.

Topics/areas of discussion in previous meetings have been:

·         The Chairs role and responsibilities

·         Chairing meetings

·         Communication styles

·         Team building
