Northamptonshire Trustee Network

Northamptonshire Trustee Network is driven to provide support for Trustees, Directors and Management Committee members through networking frameworks.

The network, (which now has 103 registered members), is supported by Northamptonshire’s Council for Voluntary Services (CVS) who recognise that the best way to support Trustees and likewise individuals is through implementing support structures. The networking event will provide trustees access to a focal information point, to exchange best practice, share past problems, and provide guidance on issues such as HR and finance.

Previous meetings have included a short presentation by Brenda Peers-Ross on the definition of roles, and topics over a wide range of subjects including HR, Business Planning, Strategic Funding and Strategic Marketing Planning (including Social Media use and policy development.

Forthcoming Meetings:

7th October - 6.15pm - 8.30pm. This meeting will include a short presentation on the subject of "Scenario Planning", with a concentration on what if? situations.  This burning issue is being led by Hugh Fenton, who has been part of the local and area authority scenario planning groups.
