Simplifying Reporting Requirements

I am a (voluntary, unqualified) Company Secretary of two small charitable companies. One has an income of under £10,00 but increasing each year, the other hovers around £100,000. What I often wish was available is a simple chart showing what I need to send to the Charity Comm and to Companies House, according to my companies' incomes each year - and does last year's income alter this year's requirements? Can anyone tell me where I can find this?
