How does the organisation keep you updated between meetings?

This week's Trustee of the Week, Stephanie Stanwick, asks, "How does the organisation keep you updated between meetings?"

Our board of trustees meets 11 times a year. If matters of importance arise between meetings the Scheme Manager emails us the information. This works well for me. There is an operational report presented at each trustees meeting and if we got that in advance of the meeting it would help.
