Does anyone know whether you can get easy-read information for people with learning difficulties about the duties of trustees? We have a potential committee member who might need the info in our induction pack simplified, and I can't find anything to suit? We're not that keen to rewrite existing 'official' guidance in case we inadvertently make a mistake with it.

My only thought is that OSCR (Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator) might be able to help. I see from their website they produce a publication which is free to down called "Guidance for Charity Trustees" from their website at http://www.oscr.org.uk/Index.stm Maybe they have other more accessible versions.
