Has anyone else had the problem of seriously delayed payment of invoices by Government Departments? The problems relates particularly with Patient Care Trusts. If so what steps have they taken to remedy the situation?
Yes! I presume your PCT outsources its accounts? What steps have we taken... hmm, generally fuming and cursing. I have pointed out to them that, as they have a dedicated line to deal with payment problems, we cannot be alone in our frustration. And it seems from your post that we aren't. Fortunately it's not a major income source for us, otherwise we would be ruined.
