Vale Trustee Network Meeting

This meeting will focus on Contracting and its impact on the Voluntary Sector. Contracting, as a means of income generation, particularly in the context of public service delivery, is becoming one of the key governance and management issues for voluntary sector organisations.  As traditional sources of grant funding dwindle and a greater focus is placed on service delivery, governing body members (trustees) are having to struggle with a whole new set of political issues, management practices and principles.
 
So, before you "sign on the dotted line", it may be useful for you to come along to this meeting and find out more.
