Trustee Roles and responsibilities - Cardiff

This is a really important course for trustees and committee members of voluntary organisations and employees who work with them.  

The course will look at:

• The legal and charitable status of your organisation,
• The importance of knowing and updating your governing document (Constitution or
• Memorandum and Articles of Association),
• The roles and responsibilities of the management committee as a whole,
• Your own responsibilities as a trustee.
