Treasurers' Forum, CAVOS, Spennymoor

The Forum is for any treasurers who would like an update on charity accounting (this includes smaller groups that aren’t registered as a charity), would like to talk to other treasurers or if you have any other queries relating to your role as treasurer.

The Treasurer’s Forum can also offer your group or organisation an independent examination of your accounts. Although this is not a legal requirement for many smaller organisations, it is still best practice to have your accounts examined by an independent person. This can also give potential funders reassurance that your finances are managed correctly and transparently.
