Following the publicaton A Practical Guide to Managing in a Downturn, this half-day seminar by Sayer Vincent is a chance to explore the ways in which your charity can consider alternative scenarios, ensure that the business model you have is sustainable and that your management information is really helping you to manage your charity. It will also consider ways in which you can manage your costs and making savings.
