This seminar by Kingston Smith will look at the new guidance that has emanated from the various public benefit consultations. In particular, they will look if there are any lessons to be learnt from the Charity Commission assessment of a number of schools and the Scottish Regulator's review.  They will discuss what needs to be included in your Govenors Report to meet the requirements of the Charities Act and the Charity Commission.
