A free HR seminar delivered in partnership by GMCVO and NCVO.
Does your organisation employ staff? Do you understand your duties as an employer when considering staff redundancies? Direct Law and Personnel will give delegates a clear understanding of procedures – most importantly what not to do and how basic training for managers in these areas can add value to any organisation. The morning seminar will cover fair redundancy selection criteria, correct legal notice periods and other procedures, redundancy payment calculations, and tribunals. There will also be opportunity to ask questions. Aimed at staff and trustees from local infrastructure organisations and support providers.
