Asset Transfer

Asset Transfer of community buildings and other assets from local and public authorities to charities and other community organisations is a good thing, as is the positive assistance from the Asset Transfer Unit and others. However there has always been, and remains, a real risk that community organisations will receive something less useful and valuable to the community than they anticipated.
