The Charities Act 2006 and the Companies Act 2006 are being implemented gradually with many of the changes coming into effect in the autumn 2008. This half-day seminar, taking place in Bristol, will take you through the main changes and answer your questions focusing particularly on the changes to governance of charities and annual reporting.
