Volunteer Rights

As a long term volunteer I am utterly disappointed to find the lack of support available for those following internal grievance procedures within charitable organisations. Furthermore it seems that local government funding services in the voluntary sector hold significant influence which brings into question the independence and charitable status of such organisations placing trustees taking ultimate legal responsibility in extremely vulnerable positions.
