University of De Montfort

The University has been very supportive of our work. They maintain a database of OSCAR organisations across the country, and last year hosted a seminar. They do a range of social research around Sickle Cell Disorder, and are hoping to carry out research into diet and nutrition. They also want to involve some of our young people in their work to raise aspiration, as part of their Widening Participation scheme.
